Vandoren mouthpieces have defined the ideal saxophone sound for decades. The Jumbo Java is the most hard-hitting mouthpiece of the line. Designed with a small chamber, a very high baffle and a large bore, it produces a tone comparable to certain metal mouthpieces. The T75 is powerful, yet easily shaped by each individual. The Jumbo Java T75 has a tip opening (1/100mm) of 265mm and a medium-long facing.
Each mouthpiece is polished to a brilliant finish. The final adjustment of the facing is done by staged diamond cutting tools. The tolerances of 4/10,000 of an inch are so small that, to maintain precision, the table is not polished. Each mouthpiece is hand finished at the baffle, walls, and tip rail. Master craftsmen finish and adjust each mouthpiece to surpass the most critical examinations of professional musicians. The mouthpieces are polished one last time (except the facing area) to eliminate marks and imperfections. The Vandoren name is then stamped in gold on the mouthpiece along with the model number.

- Vandoren Traditional : 2 -> 2.5
- Vandoren V12 : 2.5 - 3
- Vandoren Java Red : 2.5 - 3
- Vandoren Java Green : 2.5 - 3
- Vandoren V16 : 2 -> 3
- Vandoren ZZ : 2.5 -> 3
