With an intermediate tip opening and a medium-long facing, it is appreciated by most clarinetists. This series is available with two different beak versions: Traditional and « Profile 88 ». The difference between ”Profile 88” and Traditional mouthpieces is in the exterior angle of the beak. Therefore, the musician is free to choose the model which suits his purpose in terms of best playing position, easiest sound projection, greatest playing comfort, and the most controllable and precise articulation.

The reed's facing is cut with extreme accuracy thanks to cutting-edge precision tools. All the manufacturing is done in a humidity controlled environment.
The cutting process ends with final shaping, and the tip is cut to exacting standards.



Vandoren recommends using the following reeds:

- Vandoren V12 3 - 3.5 - 3.5+

- Vandoren 56 rue Lepic 3 - 3.5
